Qualified Social Worker – Transitions – South London

Role:  Qualified Social Worker
Location:  South London
Team:  Transitions Team
Pay:  Up to £35 per hour
Contract:  Full Time Locum

Our Local Authority client in South London is currently looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their Transitions team in Children’s Services.  This local authority have worked really hard over the last few years and have recently achieved "Good" in their Ofsted inspection.

As a Qualified Social Worker on the Transitions team in South London, you will need to have at least 1 year post qualifying experience in a similar team or have completed an ASYE.

To be considered as a Qualified Social Worker for this role in South London you will also need:

HCPC Registration 
Social Work Qualification
Recent DBS Check

You will be working with young people in the care system who need to be transitioned into adult services.  There is a duty rota in place which you will be a part of, and you will be expected to sometimes work unsociable hours as the job requires.
