Recruitment Consultant - Thatcham - £20-25k
 

Sheldon Phillips are a recruitment company specializing in the Qualified Social Work sector. We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to continue our growth in 2020.

You will be working on our busiest desk to ensure you start billing immediately!

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Resourcing the best candidates in the marketplace
• Using our in house CRM to find and attract Social Workers known to us
• Speaking to clients to gather information about current vacancies and learn more about their teams and targets, to ensure we find the right people
• Networking with RPO Account Managers to enhance our relationship with them
• Utilising social media to widen your network
• Meeting face to face with Social Workers to register them with our agency

You Will Need:

• At least 2 years experience within a 360 recruitment role
• A 'Can do' attitude and lots of enthusiasm
• Passion
• Resilience 
• The desire to work hard and achieve in a target driven environment
