Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake assessments of children and families in need, ensuring timely and effective decision-making.
• Work closely with families, partner agencies, and professionals to promote the safety and wellbeing of children.
• Conduct home visits, gather information, and develop appropriate action plans to support families.
• Present cases to child protection conferences and court as necessary.
• Maintain accurate case records in line with statutory and local authority requirements.

Requirements:

• Social Work England registration is mandatory.
• Experience in referral and assessment within children’s services is preferred.
