Are you a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker looking to make a real difference in children's lives? Join our lovely Child Protection team in Birmingham and contribute to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children in the community.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of children and families requiring social work intervention.

• Conduct assessments, develop plans, and provide direct support to children and families.

• Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to safeguard children and young people.

• Prepare and present reports for case conferences, reviews, and court proceedings.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and adhere to best practice guidelines.
   

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with a valid Social Work England registration.

• Experience in child protection and safeguarding.

• Strong assessment, planning, and intervention skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing demands effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
