About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished and proactive Child Protection Senior Practitioner with a strong background in safeguarding children. In this pivotal role, you will:

• Lead and manage complex child protection cases to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children.
• Provide expert guidance and support to junior staff members.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective protection plans.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practice standards.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience.
• Qualifications: Must be registered with Social Work England.
• Skills: Proven experience in child protection and managing complex cases.
• Attributes: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
