As a Senior Practitioner, you will provide expert guidance and support to Social Workers within the Children In Care Team, ensuring high-quality services and positive outcomes for children. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing leadership, supervision, and mentoring to Social Workers, supporting their professional development and enhancing their practice.
• Conducting complex assessments, developing care plans, and overseeing case management to ensure the best interests of children are met.
• Collaborating with colleagues, partner agencies, and external stakeholders to coordinate support services and promote stability and permanency for children in care.
