Essential Skills & Experience:
- A recognised Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
- A minimum of two years' experience in fostering or connected persons work.
- Strong analytical skills to make informed decisions that reflect the best interests of children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with children, families, and professionals.
