Are you an experienced Social Worker looking for your next step? Bury Council is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practitioner to join their Safeguarding Service. About the Role:

• Supporting and mentoring Social Workers within the Safeguarding Service.
• Managing complex child protection and court cases.
• Chairing strategy meetings and contributing to multi-agency planning.
• Ensuring high standards of practice and compliance with safeguarding legislation.
• Providing professional expertise and guidance to colleagues.

About You:

• Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
• Extensive experience in child protection, safeguarding, and court proceedings.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support colleagues.
• Excellent understanding of safeguarding legislation and best practices.
• Passionate about improving outcomes for vulnerable children and families.
