Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of complex safeguarding cases including CP, CIN, and court.
- Undertaking high-quality assessments, direct work, and risk analysis.
- Leading on safety planning and multi-agency coordination.
- Providing guidance, mentoring, and support to other social workers.
- Preparing clear, evidence-based reports for conferences and proceedings.
- Ensuring timely case recordings and meeting statutory expectations.
- Contributing to team development and promoting best practice.
Candidate Requirements
- SWE registration and right to work in the UK.
- Significant safeguarding experience at a senior level.
- Strong analytical, assessment, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage complex risk.
- Experience supporting or mentoring colleagues.
- Commitment to relationship-based, child-centred practice.
