We are working with a Local Authority in the Bedfordshire that is looking for a Senior Social Worker to join their flourishing Family Safeguarding team in Childrens Services.

They need a Senior Social Worker that is ready to join a team that has made a shift to focus on outcomes, and have changed the way we work to create a more motivational approach. They are focussing on families' ability to make change, created co-located multidisciplinary teams to provide joined-up support, and simplifying processes to share information.

You will need at least 3 years of experience in Childrens Services to be eligible for this post in Bedfordshire as a Qualified Social Worker.

You also need:

•    Social Work England Registration
•    Social Work Qualification
•    Right to Work in the UK
