About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Adolescent Senior Social Worker with extensive experience in contextual safeguarding. In this vital role, you will:

• Provide expert support and intervention to adolescents and their families.
• Utilize your deep understanding of contextual safeguarding to protect and empower vulnerable young people.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and support.
• Maintain high standards of practice, ensuring all activities are compliant with relevant legislation and guidelines.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience.
• Qualifications: Must be registered with Social Work England.
• Skills: Proven experience in contextual safeguarding is essential.
• Attributes: Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills are a must.
