Are you a dedicated and experienced social worker looking to make a difference in the lives of adults with mental health challenges? Join our team in Central London as a Senior Social Worker in our Community Mental Health Team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert social work assessment and intervention for adults experiencing mental health difficulties within the community setting.
• Work collaboratively with other health and social care professionals to develop and implement holistic care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Offer support and advocacy to service users, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care and treatment.
• Provide consultation, guidance, and support to junior staff and colleagues within the multi-disciplinary team.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs for staff and partner agencies.

Requirements:

• Qualified social worker with registration with Social Work England.
• Significant experience working within a mental health setting, preferably within a community-based team.
• Strong assessment and intervention skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with service users and colleagues.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to professional standards and codes of practice.
