A distinguished Local Authority, recognised by OFSTED as 'Good', is seeking a dedicated Senior Social Worker to join their Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) service on a permanent basis. This esteemed role comes with a generous salary range of £43,158 to £45,204, supplemented by a £4,000 recruitment incentive to welcome you aboard.

As a pivotal member of the MASH team, your expertise will be instrumental in safeguarding children's welfare. Your role involves making critical case work decisions and providing operational supervision for referral information, ensuring the safety of children within the crucial 24-hour period following a referral. Your decisions will be informed, timely, and always in the best interest of the child, whose voice will resonate through your diligent work.

The ideal candidate will be a beacon of experience and qualification. A valid Social Work England registration is essential, alongside a proven track record of at least three years in a 'Front Door' service. Your ability to collaborate seamlessly with MASH partners will be key to your success, as will your commitment to upholding the highest standards of practice.
