Are you a skilled and experienced Social Worker passionate about safeguarding children and supporting families? Join our dynamic Referral and Assessment Team in Central London as a Senior Social Worker. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in assessing and responding to the needs of children and families, ensuring their safety and well-being.

As a Senior Social Worker on our Referral and Assessment Team, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks, and determine appropriate interventions.
• Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with children, families, and other professionals.
• Leading and participating in multi-agency meetings to ensure a coordinated approach to safeguarding.
• Providing expert advice, support, and guidance to less experienced social workers and team members.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, and preparing reports for court proceedings as required.
• Managing a complex caseload, ensuring timely and effective responses to safeguarding concerns.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of team policies and procedures.
