Role - Senior Social Worker

Team - Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children (UASC)

Location - Central London

Pay - £40.50 Per Hour

Are you an experienced Senior Social Worker looking for a rewarding role? We are looking for a creative and innovative individual to join the Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children Team in central London.

The successful candidate will be Social Work England registered and have significant experience working with vulnerable young people. You will be responsible for providing professional assessment, planning and intervention to young people in the team. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as be able to demonstrate resilience under pressure.

The role offers up to £40.50 per hour with hybrid working. You will have the opportunity to work both in person and remotely. You will be expected to manage a caseload and provide support to young people to deliver high-quality services.

We are looking for an individual with a passion for helping vulnerable young people, who is able to build meaningful relationships with them. You will have a good understanding of relevant legislation and be able to demonstrate a good understanding of safeguarding and child protection. You will be experienced in engaging with young people to understand their individual needs and be able to develop strategies to meet those needs.
