Senior Social Worker – Assessment and Intervention Service
Salary: £50,782 - £55,852

As a Senior Social Worker within our Assessment and Intervention Service, you will:
- Undertake assessments and create outcome-based plans that address the needs and risks to children and families.
- Develop effective relationships with children, young people, and families to improve service impact.
- Work collaboratively with multiagency partners and ensure that plans reflect the views of children and families.
- Provide professional reports, participate in multiagency meetings, and contribute to court work as needed.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and maintain accurate records.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in assessments, risk assessment, and multiagency working.
- Knowledge of child protection procedures and the Children’s Act (sections 17 and 47).
- Ability to work collaboratively with families and agencies.
- Court work experience is an added advantage.
Essential Qualifications:
- Social Work Degree (or equivalent) and Social Work England registration.
- Significant post-graduate experience in child protection and family social work.
