Role: Senior Social Worker – MASH

Team: Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH)
Pay: Up to £38.00 per hour
Contract: Locum
In the office: Hybrid – mix of office and home working

We’re working with a progressive and supportive Local Authority in Wokingham looking for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join their MASH team. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a sharp eye for risk assessment, this could be the role for you!

In this role, you’ll be at the frontline of safeguarding, receiving and screening referrals, gathering crucial information, and making timely, evidence-based decisions to protect children and young people. You’ll work in a co-located team alongside key professionals, ensuring thorough assessments and effective interventions.

What You’ll Need:

✅ Social Work England Registration
✅ Social Work Qualification
✅ 3+ years’ experience in Children’s Services
✅ Strong assessment and risk analysis skills
✅ Ability to work both in the office and remotely as part of a hybrid model
