Service Manager - Fostering - East London

Location:  East London

Pay:  £56,500 salary plus car allowance of £5,100 
Contract:  Full Time Permanent

Now that the country is easing restrictions on social interaction and life in general, our IFA client in East London is looking for an experienced Service Manager to join their flourishing Fostering agency.

They need an experienced manager that is ready to help vulnerable children and their families really succeed and affect change. There are lots of progression opportunities too, with regular panels in place for internal promotions. The senior management team are there to help you achieve your goals as much as you are there to help them achieve theirs. 

They are offering a very competitive package of up to £60,000

You will need to have at least 3 years as a team manager with a background in Childrens Services, ideally fostering, to be eligible for this post with at least 2 years experience minimum with an Independent Fostering Agency. 

As well as an ASYE, you also need:

•    Social Work England Registration
•    Previous Team Manager/Service Manager experience
•    Previous experience with fostering
•    Social Work Qualification
•    Right to Work in the UK
