Our IFA client in London is currently looking for a Service Manager to join their Fostering team in Children’s Services.  This company is very well known and respected in their field.  They offer superb support, progression and recent Ofsted inspections have been very good.

As a Service Manager in this Fostering service in London, you will need to have at least 4 year post qualifying experience in a similar team.  You will need to have worked as a Service Manager within Children's Services for at least 12 months.

To be considered as a Service Manager for this role in London you will also need:

HCPC Registration 
Social Work Qualification
Recent DBS Check

You will be managing a service which needs strong guidance and support. Although this company is well respected and have had recent good inspections, a shortage of staff is hindering some of their work. So your role will be to stabalise the office and help drive staff forward in helping your service users.
