A leading staffing agency is recruiting a Senior Social Worker to join a busy Referral and Assessment Team in West London. This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and forward-thinking organisation with the chance to make a real difference to people’s lives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice to families and children when assessing their needs. You will need to be able to assess the risks to children, provide advice and guidance to families, and work in partnership with other professionals.

Working in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to work independently. You will also need to be able to work with a range of people, including families, carers, and other professionals.

To be considered for this role, you must have a degree in social work and be registered with the HCPC. Experience working in a similar role is essential, as is a good understanding of relevant legislation. You should also be able to work flexibly, as the role requires a mixture of working from home and in the office.

The role offers a competitive salary of up to £38.50 per hour plus a generous holiday allowance and flexible working hours. You will also have access to a range of development opportunities, including mentoring and training.
