Are you an experienced and dedicated social worker looking to take the next step in your career? We are currently seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join a dynamic team in Central London, supporting the management of a team of social workers in the Assessment Service within Children Services for a Local Authority.
As an Advanced Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to hold a small caseload of complex cases, providing crucial support and guidance to ASYE and less experienced social workers. You will also play a key role in supporting the Team Manager with KPIs and other tasks, contributing to the overall success of the team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a qualified social worker, along with a relevant social work qualification and Social Work England registration. You should also have a strong understanding of the current legislation and guidance surrounding children's services, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
