Position: Assessment Social Worker
Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum
Location: London Borough (Hybrid Working Role)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of children in need (CIN) and child protection (CP) cases.
• Collaborating with families, professionals, and other agencies to develop effective support plans.
• Undertaking direct work with children and young people, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.
• Providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues and partner agencies.
• Maintaining accurate records and reports in accordance with statutory requirements and best practice.

Requirements:

• Social Work England (SWE) registration.
• Proven experience in conducting assessments within a CIN/CP framework.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to upholding professional standards and promoting positive outcomes for children and families.
