We are working with a Local Authority in Oxfordshire that is looking for a Social Work Assistant Team Manager to join their flourishing Child Protection team in Children's Services.

They need an Assistant Team Manager that is experienced in supporting the management of a team of qualified social workers and making decisions to achieve the best outcome for both the children and families with which the team are working with. This Local Authority is known for being a safe and supportive place to work with highly creative work undertaken by a skilled and well supported workforce.

You will need to have at least 1 year of experience in supervising less experienced Social Workers in Children's Services to be eligible for this post in Oxfordshire as an Assistant Team Manager.

You also need:

•    Social Work England Registration
•    Social Work Qualification
•    Right to Work in the UK
