Requirements:
- Registration: Must be registered with Social Work England.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years post-qualified social work experience.
- Skills: Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and professionals.
- Commitment: A genuine passion for supporting children in care and helping them achieve their full potential.
- Flexibility: Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to changing situations and requirements.
- Knowledge: Understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures relating to children in care.
