We are currently searching for an exceptional Deputy Team Manager to join a Local Authority in Central London. This is an exciting role where you will be instrumental in driving the management of an Older people and Physical Disability Assessment and Intake team.

You will possess a wealth of knowledge and experience in social work, with excellent ability to build relationships with service users and staff. You will also be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to care and support in line with the organisation’s values.

Your role will involve leading, managing and developing the team to ensure the highest standards of service delivery. You will provide supervision, support and advice to social workers, and ensure that service user’s needs are consistently met. You will be an advocate for the service user, and ensure that best practice is maintained.

In order to be considered for this role, you must be Social Work England registered, with extensive experience of working in a similar role. You will also have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage a busy workload with ease.
