Are you a dedicated and experienced Social Work Senior Practitioner looking to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable children and families? A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the Child Protection team in South West London, offering a competitive pay rate of up to £38.50 per hour based on your experience.

As a Social Work Senior Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children at risk of harm. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing care plans, and providing support to families in need. Your expertise and knowledge will be invaluable in ensuring the safety and well-being of children under your care.

To be successful in this role, you must be Social Work England registered and have relevant experience working within a Child Protection team. You should have a strong understanding of child protection policies and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your ability to work effectively under pressure and make sound decisions in challenging situations will be essential.
