Are you a qualified social worker? Are you looking for an exciting, rewarding challenge? We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to join a dynamic Child Protection Service in Central London.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in managing a team of social workers, developing and delivering services for vulnerable children and families. We are looking for someone to manage the day-to-day operations of the Service, make sure that service delivery is of the highest standard and develop the Service in line with current legislation.
The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as an up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and best practice. You will need to be able to work under pressure, handle complex cases and manage a team of social workers.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years' experience in social work management, an understanding of current legislation and regulations concerning child protection and experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team. You will also need a relevant social work qualification.
