Service Manager – Children in Care – Kent

We are working with a Local Authority in Kent that is looking for a Service Manager to manage their flourishing Children in Care service in Childrens Services.

They need a Service Manager that has a similar mindset and ethos around supporting the social workers in order to help vulnerable children and their families really succeed and affect change from an operational level. This Local Authority offers regular support and supervision to ensure the social workers' voices are heard.  

You will need some experience at a Service Manager level in a Children in Care or similar service within Childrens Services to be eligible for this post in Kent. 

You also need:

•    Social Work England Registration
•    Social Work Qualification
•    Right to Work in the UK
