We are working with a Local Authority in North London that is looking for a Team Manager to join their flourishing Referral and Assessment team in Childrens Services.

They need a Team Manager that is experienced in managing a team of qualified social workers and making decisions to achieve the best outcome for both the children and families with which the team are working with. This Local Authority have very stable management which is there to support you when needed, though they have already achieved a 'good' in their OFSTED they look to continue improving their practice and the service they provide. 

You will need to have at least 1 year of experience in managing a team of Social Workers in Childrens Services to be eligible for this post in North London as a Team Manager.

You also need:

•    Social Work England Registration
•    Social Work Qualification
•    Right to Work in the UK
