We are working with a Local Authority in North West London that is looking for a Team Manager to manage their flourishing Child Protection in Childrens Services.

They need a Team Manager that is experienced in managing a team of qualified social workers and making decisions to achieve the best outcome for both the children and families with which the team is working with. This Local Authority is known for its stable and supportive management team, there has been little movement in regards to managers leaving the borough meaning those that are in place are extremely skilled and more equipt to support new members of staff joining the borough.  

You will need to have at least 1 year of experience in managing a team of Social Workers in Childrens Services to be eligible for this post in North West London as a Team Manager.

As well as an ASYE, you also need:

•    Social Work England Registration
•    Social Work Qualification
•    Right to Work in the UK
