We are working with a Local Authority in South Central London that is looking for a Team Manager to manage their flourishing Children With Disabilities in Childrens Services.

They need a Team Manager that is experienced in managing a team of qualified social workers and making decisions to achieve the best outcome for both the children and families with which the team are working with. This Local Authority focuses on building strong relationships by supporting change for families and promoting children's well-being and development. This innovative approach lies within the heart of the Local Authority which inspires and enables social workers to undertake great relationship-based social work practice. 

You will need to have at least 1 year of experience in managing a team of Social Workers in Childrens Services to be eligible for this post in South Central London as a Team Manager.

As well as an ASYE, you also need:

•    Social Work England Registration
•    Social Work Qualification
•    Right to Work in the UK
