We are working with a Local Authority in South West London that is looking for a Team Manager to manage their flourishing Children with Disabilities team in Childrens Services.
They need a Team Manager who is experienced in managing a team of qualified social workers and making decisions to achieve the best outcome for both the children and families with whom the team is working. There are many progression opportunities too, with regular panels for internal promotions. The Managers are there to help you achieve your goals as much as you are there to help them achieve theirs.
You will need to have at least 1 year of experience in managing or supporting the management of a team of Social Workers in Childrens Services to be eligible for this post in South West London as a Team Manager.
As well as an ASYE, you also need the following:
• Social Work England Registration
• Social Work Qualification
• Right to Work in the UK
