We are working with a Local Authority in South West London that is looking for a Team Manager to manage their flourishing Referral and Assessment Team in Childrens Services.
They need a Team Manager who is experienced in managing a team of qualified social workers and making decisions to achieve the best outcome for both the children and families with whom the team is working. This Local Authority's children and families service has recently achieved a "GOOD" on their OFSTED report. They have achieved this by creating a culture of collaborative and flexible working.
You will need to have at least 1 year of experience in managing a team of Social Workers in Childrens Services to be eligible for this post in South West London as a Team Manager.
As well as an ASYE, you also need:
• Social Work England Registration
• Social Work Qualification
• Right to Work in the UK
