Team Manager – Placement / Access to Resources – South London

Pay:  Up to £44.50 per hour

We are working with a Local Authority in South London that is looking for a Team Manager to manage their flourishing Placement / Access to Resources team in Childrens Services.

They need a Team Manager that is experienced in managing a team of qualified social workers and making decisions to achieve the best outcome for both the children and families with which the team are working with. This Local Authority is known for its collaborative approach, promoting social workers to work together to get the best outcome and make a positive change. The services are well established and the senior management team genuinely want the best for their social workers because happy and well-supported social workers promote good practice.

You will need to have at least 1 year of experience in managing a team of Social Workers in Childrens Services to be eligible for this post in South London as a Team Manager.

As well as an ASYE, you also need:

•    Social Work England Registration
•    Social Work Qualification
•    Right to Work in the UK
