Team Manager – Referral and Assessment – South Central London

Role:  Team Manager
Location:  South Central London
Team: Referral and Assessment
Pay:  Up to £43 per hour
Contract: Full-Time Locum
In the office: Hybrid

We are working with a Local Authority in South Central London that is looking for a Team Manager to manage a flourishing Referral and Assessment team in Childrens Services.

They need a Team Manager that is experienced in managing a team of qualified social workers and making decisions to achieve the best outcome for both the children and families with which the team are working with. This Local Authority has been rated ‘good’ by Ofsted for over a decade, and they continue to strive for excellence in their practice and the best possible outcomes for their children and families.

You will need to have at least 1 year of experience in managing a team of Social Workers in Childrens Services to be eligible for this post in South Central London as a Team Manager.

You also need the following:

•    Social Work England Registration
•    Social Work Qualification
•    Right to Work in the UK
