Are you an experienced Social Work Team Manager looking for a new challenge? A reputable Local Authority in South London is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to lead a team of social workers in the Adolescent Service within Children Services.

As the Social Work Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to vulnerable young people. You will provide supervision, support, and guidance to the social workers, as well as managing caseloads and conducting regular performance reviews.

To be successful in this role, you must have a recognised social work qualification and be registered with Social Work England. You should have substantial experience in a similar managerial role within a children's services setting, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and policies. Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.
