Are you looking to take your career to the next level? We are looking for a dynamic, inspiring and passionate individual to join a highly regarded local authority as a social work team manager.
As the team manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of social workers, providing leadership, guidance and support to ensure the highest quality of service is provided to those in need. You will be the key contact for other partnering agencies, providing advice and support when needed.
To be successful in this role, you must have a Social Work England qualification and the ability to manage a team of social workers effectively. An excellent knowledge of relevant legislation, guidance and best practice is essential.
The successful candidate must have the ability to work collaboratively and be able to quickly build rapport with a wide range of people. You must have excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to work effectively under pressure.
