Are you a dedicated and experienced Social Work Team Manager looking for a rewarding role in South East London? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a qualified individual to lead a team of Qualified Social Workers within the Fostering Kinship Service for a Local Authority.
As a Social Work Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality services to vulnerable children and families. Your responsibilities will include supervising and supporting a team of Social Workers, ensuring that all cases are managed effectively and in line with statutory requirements.
To be successful in this role, you must be registered with Social Work England and have previous experience in a managerial position within Children's Services. You should have a strong understanding of the fostering and kinship care system, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
