Barnet Council is looking for an experienced Team Manager to lead their Referral and Assessment Team. This is a frontline management role, overseeing a team of Social Workers who handle new referrals, carry out assessments, and make key decisions about support and safeguarding pathways.
You’ll be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring high-quality practice, managing performance, and driving effective outcomes for children and families. The role demands confident leadership, strong decision-making, and a thorough understanding of frontline statutory services.
