Role:  Advanced Social Worker Practitioner

Pay:  up to £33.30 per hour
Contract: Full-Time Locum

We are working with a Local Authority in the Midlands that are looking for a Social Worker to join their flourishing Children in Care team in Childrens Services.

They need a Advanced Social Work Practitioner that is looking to join a multi-disciplinary team who work together intensively to support children in need and those experiencing challenges whereby they are at risk of coming into care. Each pod has a wide range of different disciplines who come together to work intensively with the families with you leading the case and the CIN plan supporting families to make the changes they need to and sustaining these. Our work with families is focused and short term. Our value is to keep families together wherever it is safe and appropriate to do so, therefore this is a dynamic and creative team and is at the heart of what social work practice is about. 

You will need at least 3 years of experience in Childrens Services to be eligible for this post in the Midlands as a Social Worker.

You also need:

•    Social Work England Registration
•    Social Work Qualification
•    Right to Work in the UK
