We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Locum Social Worker to join the Child Protection service at a Local Authority in South London. Working on a locum basis, you will have the opportunity to shape and develop your own career path.

As a Locum Social Worker, you will be responsible for the assessment and protection of vulnerable children, as well as the provision and coordination of effective interventions. You will be expected to work collaboratively with other professionals and provide support to families and children who may be at risk of harm.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in Social Work and relevant post-qualification experience in a similar role. You will also need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage a caseload of complex cases.
