Bath & Northeast Somerset Council are looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their Family Support Team. This is a Full Time, Locum Social Work role.
About The Team:
You will be working with children and families to ensure that Children in Need, Children in Need of Protection and Children Looked After have service plans that relate to their identified needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the ability to work with families with complex needs within a multi-agency environment
- Be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of social work mentoring and coaching colleagues
- To maximise life chances for Children in Need and Children Looked After.
- To contribute to team plans and the achievement of agreed targets for Children in Need, Child Protection, Children Looked After and Care Leavers
About You:
To apply for this role, you will need least 3 years post qualification experience. Experience in Child Protection and Children in Need and Court Work is desirable. BA(Hons) in Social Work and to be registered with Social Work England (SWE).
