South Gloucestershire Council are looking for an Advanced Social Worker to join their 0-18 Children with Disabilities Team. This is a Full-Time Locum Social Work role.

About The Team:

The 0-18 Children with Disabilities social care team has several functions, one of which is to provide information, advice and support to children, young people, their families and carers to enable children with disabilities to enjoy and achieve social inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

• To safeguard vulnerable children and young people and to assess need, develop plans and provide services where appropriate. 
• Review care plans regularly to ensure that outcomes are being achieved

About You:

To apply for this role, you will need least 3 years post qualification experience. Knowledge and experience in Court work, CWD or CP is required for this role. Car Driver and Access to a vehicle is required. BA(Hons) in Social Work and to be registered with Social Work England (SWE).
