Wiltshire Council are looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their Support and Safeguarding North Team. This is a Part Time (22.5hrs), Locum Social Work role based in Monkton Park, Chippenham.
About The Team:
This is an ambitious team who work for their families and children they operate a ‘one journey’ model means you stay with the child from the front door right the way through to permanence if required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be determined to see all Wiltshire families thrive.
- Work with children, young people, and their families from early help through to permanence.
- Hold experience in referral and assessment casework and leading on Child in Need and Child Protection plans and, in some instances, supporting legal processes to secure a child or young person’s permanence.
About You:
To apply for this role, you will need experience in referral and assessment, Child in Need and Child Protection plans. BA(Hons) in Social Work and to be registered with Social Work England (SWE).
