Are you a skilled and motivated Social Worker looking to make a significant impact on children's lives? Join our dedicated Children in Need (CIN) team and play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and their families.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage an average caseload of 20 children and families requiring social work support.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective intervention plans.

• Provide direct support and intervention to children and their families to promote their welfare.

• Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to ensure the best outcomes for children.

• Prepare detailed reports and attend case conferences, reviews, and court proceedings as required.
   

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with a valid Social Work England registration.

• Proven experience working within a Children in Need or similar team.

• Strong assessment, planning, and case management skills.

• Ability to handle a diverse and complex caseload effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
