Are you an experienced MASH Social Worker looking for a new challenge?
We are currently recruiting for a MASH Social Worker to join a well-supported team in Manchester. If you're passionate about making a difference in children's lives and have experience in multi-agency safeguarding, this could be the role for you!
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake assessments of children and families, working with a range of professionals in the MASH process.
• Respond promptly to safeguarding concerns, ensuring the best outcomes for children.
• Complete risk assessments and make decisions about whether to proceed with investigations or referrals to other teams.
• Provide clear and concise reports and recommendations for intervention.
• Collaborate with external agencies including health, police, and education to ensure timely information sharing.

Requirements:

• Social Work qualification and HCPC registration.
• Experience working within a MASH environment or similar multi-agency safeguarding role.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a caseload effectively.
