About the Role:

• Conducting initial assessments and interventions to safeguard children and families.
• Managing a manageable caseload of children in need, child protection, and early intervention cases.
• Completing Section 47 investigations and working closely with partner agencies.
• Making informed decisions to ensure the best outcomes for children.
• Preparing reports for court proceedings when necessary.

About You:

• Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
• Experience in Assessment and Intervention, Child Protection, or Referral & Assessment teams.
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Children Act 1989.
• Passion for working with children and families to ensure their safety and well-being.
