Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of Children in Need, Child Protection, and vulnerable families.
• Completing high-quality assessments, direct work, and safety planning.
• Delivering effective interventions to reduce risk and build family resilience.
• Attending strategy meetings, conferences, and core groups.
• Preparing concise and evidence-based reports for multi-agency meetings.
• Maintaining timely and accurate case recordings and adhering to statutory timescales.
• Working closely with partner agencies to ensure coordinated support for children.

Candidate Requirements

• SWE registration and right to work in the UK.
• Strong safeguarding experience working in CIN/CP teams.
• Excellent assessment and risk management skills.
• Confident communicator with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team development.
