Social Worker – Children in Care Court Team – Northampton Children's Trust
Location: One Angel Square, Northampton Children's Trust
Pay/Salary: up to £38 per hour
Office Working: 2 Days per week
Contract: Locum
We are currently working with Northampton Children's Trust to find an experienced Social Worker for their Children in Care Court Team within Children’s Services. With a stable management team and a mostly permanent workforce, Northampton are looking for someone with solid experience to be able to pick up a caseload and support their services.
Duties
- Undertake statutory visits, and assessments as a Corporate Parent
- Undertake Section 7and 37 reports, as well as attending Court, and providing analysis and evidence-based recommendations
- Long term engagement with families, including direct work, capturing the voice of the child
- Attending conferences, such as CIC reviews
What you need
- Social Work Qualification
- Social Work England registration
- Enhanced DBS (provided by us)
