Are you a highly skilled and experienced Social Worker looking for a rewarding role in the Hampshire and Isle of Wight area? Come join the CAST Service and make a difference to the lives of children and families in need of protection and assistance.

As a Social Worker at Locality Services, you will provide valuable support to children in the community who have been identified as being at risk of harm. You will assess the needs of children and families, provide guidance and support to ensure their wellbeing is safeguarded, and intervene to protect them from harm.

You will have the opportunity to work with a professional team and use your expertise to make a real and positive difference. You will be responsible for developing and implementing services in line with regulatory policies and procedures, as well as providing support to other team members. 

They need a Social Worker that is ready to help vulnerable children and their families really succeed and affect change. This Local Authority is known for its strong paths of progression and dynamic management that are always there to lend a hand to their Social Workers.

You will need to have at least 2 years of experience in Childrens Services to be eligible for this post in Hampshire for a Qualified Social Worker within the CAST team.

You will also need:

•             Social Work England Registration
•             Social Work Qualification
•             Right to Work in the UK
